ABOUT ME

My Story

​Hi! I'm Maxine. 


I'm a personal trainer, intrinsic biomechanics coach and fitness enthusiast!

 

This wasn't always the case though. Prior to starting my fitness journey I had never considered myself a sporty person, I preferred to spend my downtime watching TV or out with friends. I got into fitness as a way to escape the stresses that came with running a business and a period of difficult mental health. I remember how daunting those first few sessions in the gym were, only feeling confident enough to use the treadmill and cross-trainer.

 

After seeing little progress I made it my mission to learn as much as I could about strength training and nutrition. I soon started seeing the benefits, gaining more confidence and energy as well as a keen interest in how to improve health and wellbeing. This hobby turned into a passion and I have now helped dozens of clients to look and feel better. 

 

My coaching style is warm, compassionate and motivating. 
You will get fitter, stronger and more toned as well as learning what works for you and your body.
