Hi, I’m Maxine.

I'm a personal trainer, intrinsic biomechanics coach and fitness enthusiast!

This wasn't always the case though.

Prior to starting my fitness journey I had never considered myself a sporty person, I preferred to spend my downtime watching TV or out with friends. I got into fitness as a way to escape the stresses that came with running a business and a period of difficult mental health. I remember how daunting those first few sessions in the gym were, only feeling confident enough to use the treadmill and cross-trainer.

After seeing little progress I made it my mission to learn as much as I could about strength training and nutrition. I soon started seeing the benefits, gaining more confidence and energy as well as a keen interest in how to improve health and wellbeing. This hobby turned into a passion and I have now helped dozens of clients to look and feel better.
